"A milky film coats your vision, the slightest hint of blue replacing your once chocolate brown eyes.  Bringing my face close to yours I trace the grooves of your protruding ribs, once hidden by youth, vitality, and a full coat of fur.  I watch your chest rise and fall, your labored breathing uneven and sharp, you heart struggling to maintain a steady rhythm.  Kissing your cold wet nose my embrace is returned and I revel in your golden glow.
